Refund Policy

In the unlikely event online AGEWORKS experiences circumstances which render the courses or post-examinations unavailable or inaccessible to the student/participant for over a 72-hour period, the student/participant is eligible to choose from one of the following:

  1. An extension of the date to submit the post examination, equal to the time during which the course was inaccessible. (If a deadline is set).
  2. A replacement course test at no additional cost.
  3. A refund, if a written request is emailed or faxed to USC AGEWORKS™.

Please include the following: name, username, phone number, email address, course title, and the problem

If the student/participant does not receive credit from his or her organization (provided that the organization is accredited by a state or national association) within six months of completing the coursework, he or she may receive a full refund. Fax or email a letter from the organization stating the reason that credit was not given to USC AGEWORKSTM at one of the aforementioned addresses.

Important*: After purchasing the Continuing Education tests there will be no refund for failing to complete or receiving a non-passing grade on a test.
